THE UNIVERSITY AND THE CITY OF \u00c9VORA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9vora<\/strong> is a historic small town of south Portugal, 110 Km east of Lisbon,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9vora the historic city <\/strong>lying at the heart of Alentejo,(Al\u00e9m-Tejo (beyond-tejo) ),  is heir to a rich and diverse cultural heritage, built and preserved over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1986, \u00c9vora was classified as World Cultural Heritage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The region around \u00c9vora has an unique megalithic archaeological landscape, one of the oldest and monumental in Europe. \u00c9vora has medieval alleyways, palaces, monasteries and churches and places to socialize and taste the exquisite flavours of traditional cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
